If reports are to be believed, even Ranjith Movies headed by Damodara Prasad are willing to step back vowing to volatile market conditions existing in Mass Raja’s case. Besides the herculean remuneration demands from Raviteja in the range Rs.7 to 9 Crores, his business so far is restricted much below Rs.35 Crores. Analyzing all these calculations, Dil Raju went on defensive mode and Damodara Prasad is on the same way.
‘Only a hit verdict can safeguard Rs.25 to 30 Crores investment made on a Raviteja movie because a flop verdict from audience is best shown in financial losses faced by Kalyan Ram with ‘Kick 2.’ So, Ravi has to drop his remuneration by at least 30 per cent to make sure that his demand remains constant,’ said a movie analyst.
